The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet will conduct a Basic First Aid Training seminar on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, to equip local youth with essential emergency response skills.
The day-long event is designed to strengthen community resilience by teaching participants how to provide immediate care during accidents or health crises.
Organizers said the goal is to build essential life-saving skills and confidence in critical situations.
“Be prepared, be empowered—join us in making our community safer,” the SK said in an announcement.
The training will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the third floor of the DRRM Building at KM5 Pico, located beside the Old Public Market.

The Sangguniang Kabataan is the youth council responsible for representing young people in local governance in the Philippines.
