Calatagan Hosts Mental Health Talk for Frontline Workers

CALATAGAN, Batangas – The local government hosted a mental health talk for municipal frontline workers in observance of National Mental Health Month.

The event, organized by the Rural Health Unit (RHU), aimed to deepen the understanding and skills of participants from the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Barangay Health Workers, and other municipal employees in addressing mental health issues.

Mayor Rico B. Puno said the Office of the Mayor fully supports the RHU’s initiatives to raise awareness about the importance of mental health.

The local government said it continues to promote programs that protect not only the physical, but also the mental and emotional well-being of all residents.
